New Single Family Residence
Golden Valley, Minnesota

On a bowl shaped site which collected water from most of its surrounding neighborhood, the land was deemed unbuildable. After extensive site study, an initial schematic allowed for a home which floated delicately on the site with the driveway skirting along the sites existing contours.
